The author’s first contact with Delphi was Delphi 2. Though he previously met various incarnations of Turbo Pascal before that, he more commonly used C/C++ or VB in the last century. You may know him from GLScene, a project which he doesn’t have much time for lately, but hopes to resume working on someday.

Currently his main Open-Source project is DWScript, a powerful Object-Pascal scripting engine for Delphi, which is interestingly ending up spouting JavaScript so you can code browser client-side application in Object Pascal.

During his spare time, he can sometimes be seen lugging is current favorite toy along, but that’s another story entirely.
