It’s strange but sites created with DWScript Web Server can’t be opened with the classic Opera 12.17.
I checked delphitools.info, beginend.net.

@Kryvich delphitools is running on classic Apache/WordPress, I guess it’s some obsolescence in Opera, likely related to using some deprecated https encryption.
I get “Failed To Verify Referrer” error after pressing Vote button on Firefox 42.
